Using Phone While Driving Illegal For Teens?
A bill was proposed to enact 'Kelsey's Law' in Michigan which prohibits teen drivers from ALL phone usage while driving in Michigan. Teens would only be allowed to use their cell phones during an emergency.

New law could ban Michigan drivers from having dogs in their laps
"An individual shall not operate a motor vehicle while a dog is sitting in his or her lap," the Michigan House bill says. It would be a $100 fine if you are caught with a dog on your lap and a $200 fine if you're caught another time. A dog can only be on your lap if it is for medical purposes under the Americans with Disabilities act.
